Better late than never...THE BIG REVEAL!

Well, all of the little quilts have found their way home. There have been a few lost, found, and returned to sender, but all are safe and sound. What a journey this has been for all of us. Believe it or not, even with some frustrations, I have enjoyed the process. It is such a huge reward seeing all of your hard work and creativity come to fruition in this amazing collection of little quilts. I am truly proud to have helped bring this all together.

Thanks to each one of you for joining in this year.

Allison started with a little piggy going to market.

And after Glen, Marie, and Marie again (after a U-turn in New Zealand), this little piggy went wee, wee, wee, all the way home.

Christa made a cute running chicken.

A photo finish by Allison, Liz, and Traceyann.

This was Cindy's striking block.

And a graphic finish by Diana, Laurina, and Julie.

Clare started with a simple pinwheel.

Kate, Rachel, and Mary finished it off beautifully.

A lovely songbird by Diana.

Nan, Terry, and Clare created a picture-perfect home for it to perch.

Glen's fun fish needed a home.

Christa, Traceyann, and Peggy created an underwater world for it.

Julie started with this block incorporating some boldly patterned fabric.

Liz, Tish, and Terry made this bright little quilt with a bead fringe edge.

An abstract starting block from Kate.

And the bright colorful quilt by Julie, Allison, and Christa.

Some appliqued curves by Laurina.

Clare, Nan, and Liz made an elegant little quilt.

Liz started with these scrappy flying geese.

Mary, Glen, and Kate created a fun basket quilt.

Marie's co-ordinated equilateral triangles.

And the great finish by Traceyann, Julie, and Glen.

One of two little houses, this one by Mary.

Some appropriate landscaping done by Marie, Christa, and Terri.

Nan's two-color 9-patch star.

The sweet little piece by Terri, Peggy, and Tish.

Our second house by Peggy.

And a modern graphic finish by Cindy, Mary, and Marie.

Rachel's beautifully hand embroidered block.

The creative and colorful finished quilt by Terry, Terri, and Nan.

Terry's autumnal center block.

Laurina, Cindy, and Allison made a graphic quilt.

A few skulls from Terry.

And a festive finish by Peggy, Clare, and Cindy.

Tish started with a bright diamond.

Rachel, Kate (after a full round trip and back to the UK), and Diana created this great quilt.

Traceyann started with a small minimalist block.

And last (but not least) this amazing finish by Tish, Diana, and Rachel.

Home Sweet Home

My little piggy finally made it all the way home and we are ready for the big reveal. Thank you so much to everyone that worked on it and everyone else's patience. I have named my pig Gulliver in honor of his travels.

Thanks for your patience

The last finished quilt is on its way home and we should be seeing the reveal in a few days. A special thanks to Marie for stepping in and quilting Allison's quilt after it made the long trip to New Zealand and then back again without ever being delivered to me. We had 2 similar experiences this time round and as far as I can tell neither incident was the fault of any of our lovely Cotton Robin quilters - just back luck, I guess.

The big reveal ... not quite yet

Hi everyone - as far as I know all of the quilts have made it home except one. An unfortunate "return to sender" has delayed Allison's quilt on it's final round (second one this year). I hope that this will be remedied soon.

If anyone besides Allison does not have their final quilt, please let me know.

I will be travelling for 2 weeks and I hope that we will be ready to share all of the finishes when I get back. Thanks to everyone for the great work that you've done this year and thanks for being patient and waiting just a little bit longer...
